MultiPick Scheduler asks for access to your Google Calendar for one reason: it is where your appointments actually live. The app reads your calendars so your real availability drives every booking link and so you can choose which calendar bookings are written to, writes confirmed appointments to the calendar you choose, and updates events when a booking is cancelled or changed.
Your data stays yours. MultiPick Scheduler is the bridge, not the vault: your appointment history lives in your own Google Calendar and on your own device — not in a central database we keep. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
